Joe has not only had an impressive career in law enforcement and in public service, he was also responsible for the security at the Boston Logan Airport on Sept. 11, 2001 — the worst attack against the homeland in our nation’s history. Joe discusses the unbelievable scope of his responsibility when he was in charge of the Massachusetts Port Authority and how his team prepared for high-stake situations in America’s most vulnerable areas. Joe also adds how crisis preparation impacts retail and what retailers can do to BE READY for the worst case scenarios.
